I have had an interest in the Mid Century ever since my first job working for Peter Crone Architect - a Le Corbusier connoisseur.

n 2020 I was part of a Palm Springs Architecture tour that reinforced my love of everything Mid Century.

On that tour I attempted a freehand a sketch every day.

This process revealed an architecture invariably grounded against crisp dessert blue skies, and an omnipresent San Jacinto mountain range.

This work is the development of one of those sketches.
